2ndVegOil – Decentrally produced vegetable oil fuels for modern agricultural machinery

Tractors with emission level 3A can easily operate in a climate-friendly manner with decentrally produced and purified vegetable oil. A wide range of different oils can be used as fuel. The principle feasibility of emission levels 3B and 4 has been proven. read more


B.A.U.M. partner in Forschungscampus FEN - Flexible Electrical Networks

B.A.U.M. is one of the partners of the Forschungscampus FEN which is funded by the BMBF. The association of institutes of the RWTH Aachen University and of industrial partners investigates and develops the automation of the power grid and DC grid applications for a future grid with a high share of fluctuating and decentralized renewable energy sources. read more


Consulting for the implementation of the requirements of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EDL-G)

B.A.U.M. supported numerous companies of different industries and sizes in the decision-making process to meet the requirements. The team of consultants conducted more than 100 energy audits, accompanied the introduction of energy management systems and advised internationally operating customers on the implementation of the country-specific requirements of the European Energy Efficiency Directive. read more

ECOEMPOWER - ECOsystems EMPOWERing at regional and local scale supporting energy communities

The coordination and support project is dedicated to supporting regional authorities in their role as facilitators of energy communities by establishing One Stop Shops (OSS). read more


Econnect – Smart Farm(cility): electric mobility in agriculture

On behalf of John Deere, B.A.U.M. prepared several studies for the project Smart Farm(cility) within the framework of the funding programme „econnect Germany“. These studies contributed to the development of a mild hybrid tractor with an easily exchangeable Li-Ion battery. Furthermore, B.A.U.M. supported public relations work of the project. read more


Advanced training "Company Mobility Manager CCI"

B.A.U.M. has developed and tested a further training course for company mobility managers in cooperation with the Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Germany. The training is based on the VDI guideline 5110, which defines qualification characteristics for company mobility managers. read more


GridCON – Development, construction and testing of a guided agricultural machine with smart grid infrastructure

John Deere, the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and B.A.U.M. worked on the GridCON project to develop grid-connected tractors and their integration into electric networks. read more


int:net – Interoperability Network for the Energy Transition

The coordination and support project is dedicated to a central aspect for the success of the energy transition - interoperability. With this project, B.A.U.M. is further expanding its international activities. read more


Master plan electric mobility for the city of Mönchengladbach

Together with the project consortium consisting of Ecolibro GmbH, EMCEL GmbH, Siemens AG, Mobility Intelligent Traffic Systems, Planungsbüro Richter-Richard and IVU Umwelt GmbH, B.A.U.M. Consult has developed an electric mobility concept for the city of Mönchengladbach. read more

Together with three other partners, B.A.U.M. coordinated the "mobil gewinnt" initiative for company mobility management on behalf of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety and the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology. read more

PraxTrak - Climate protection with vegetable oil fuel as by-product of animal feed production

In PraxTrak, John Deere, the Technology and Support Center (TFZ), the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, the company regineering and B.A.U.M. brought vegetable oil tractors to practical maturity. PraxTrak was funded by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) based on a resolution of the German "Bundestag". read more

B.A.U.M. supported and moderated the development process of the regional brand “Soonahe” and prepared a marketing concept in close cooperation with actors in the area of regional development, agriculture, viniculture, gastronomy, tourism, trade, energy and politics. read more

On behalf of the GIZ, B.A.U.M. Consult Munich/Berlin is conducting a coaching and training programme for regional marketing and the marketing of regional products in two regions of the Kosovo: Anamorava and Drini. read more
